Hi, I'm using Omnia 2 (I8000).

I need to set my phone to activate a service at a certain time by dialling *141# automatically. I tried to google for ways to do so, but unfortunately, I did not manage to find any until I stumble upon your website. I discovered that I can use a scheduler to launch VJDialer at the appropriate timing to dial *141#. But to my dismay, that didn't work. I noticed from this forum  (http://www.vijay555.com/forum/index.php?topic=168.0) that VJDialer does not accept non numerical input at the moment which explains why the above method doesn't work.

May I seek your advise whether there is any workaround to the above problem? Many thanks in advance.

Hiya! Unfortunately I have not updated VJDialer to dial non numeric characters as it requires a substantial rewrite I haven't had time to do.
I believe Mort's tools may be able to do this, although how are you launching the app - through a shortcut etc?
Eg the ilauncher app can automatically dial numbers with non numeric * #.
