Please launch Programs before launching VJSmallIcons II. There are no command line options, just a configuration menu enabled by clicking on the little icon in the top right corner.
From this menu you can choose the view mode, fullscreen mode, or use the option at the top to close Programs or navigate up a folder.
Options are saved in the registry and will be re-enabled when next launched. In vertical mode there is a tiny bit of the Start Bar still visible, so that you can still access the Start Bar if required. The size of the Start Bar can be set in the registy at: HKLM > Software > Vijay555 > VJSmallIconsII > VerticalOffset However, this is purely optional and not necessary!
